The Municipal Opera Association of St. Louis (Muny for short) has been entertaining people since  1917 and it continues to entertain people each year with a variety of stunning musical shows for visitors of all ages to enjoy.
The theatre has a capacity of 11,000 and offers mixture of paid and free seating, the free seats are given out on a first come first served basis and a situated at the back of the theatre.
The shows run from the middle of June to the Middle of August on an annual basis and the shows tend to be a selection of some of the most popular musicals with top favorites such as Annie, 42nd Street and Meet me in St Louis among the recorded acts.
The price of tickets varies depending on where you want to sit, or how close you want to b e to the show. The best seats can go for as high as $66 and the cheapest paid seats as low as $9. There are also season tickets available, these are ideal for anyone who is planning to attend multiple productions, the cheapest of those starts at around $49. If there is a large group (20 or more) of you attending you can also get a free backstage tour which shows you the stage sets and you can learn about the history of the Muny.
